Booking and deposits

A £150 deposit secures your place on an intensive course. The remaining balance is due once an instructor has been assigned and your dates confirmed. Pay As You Go lessons are paid session by session.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

Unused hours

If you pass your test before working through all the hours in your course, unused hours are refunded.

Practical tests

You book and pay the DVSA for your practical driving test yourself. The DVSA test fee is not included in any course price. Express Pass does not access, scan or automate the DVSA booking system.

Conduct

Instructors may end a lesson without refund where a student is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, does not hold a valid provisional licence, or behaves unsafely.
