What do I need before my first lesson?

You must be at least 17 years old and hold a valid UK provisional driving licence. You should also be able to read a standard number plate from 20.5 metres. Apply via the DVLA if you haven’t got yours yet — we can still get you booked in.
When will my instructor contact me after booking?

Your assigned instructor will get in touch within 10 working days of your booking being confirmed to arrange lesson times and a convenient pick-up location near you.
Is my driving test included in the intensive course?

Yes — the final hour of your course is reserved for your practical test. A 6-hour intensive gives you 5 hours of tuition plus 1 hour for the test. All packages include this.
How quickly can you get me a test date?

We include early test booking support with all courses. We guide you through the best available test centres and timing — aiming to help you secure a date within 1–8 weeks depending on availability and your preferred location.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?

Not at all. A £150 deposit secures your place on an intensive course. The remaining balance is due once we assign your instructor. Pay-As-You-Go lessons are paid per session.
What is your refund policy for unused lessons?

We offer a full refund on any unused lesson hours. Lessons must begin within 30 days of payment and be completed within 4 months of your initial booking date to remain eligible.
