For refresher, motorway and Pass Plus style training, yes. Nervous driver lessons and international driver training are available to learners and licence holders alike.
Two hours as standard. An hour is not long enough to reach a motorway or a useful route and work on anything properly.
Refresher work is typically 2 to 6 hours, motorway 2 to 4, and international licence holders often around 10 before a test. Your instructor will give you a realistic figure once they have seen you drive.

Yes. Motorway driving is not covered on the practical test, so plenty of experienced drivers book these.
