If you're used to driving on the right, the adjustment is usually around: positioning at junctions, roundabout direction and lane selection, mirror routines, keeping left as the default, overtaking conventions, UK road markings, and meeting traffic on narrow roads where only one vehicle can pass.
If you're already used to driving on the left, that core habit is already right, but the specifics are usually unfamiliar: UK-specific road signs, UK lane discipline on motorways, UK roundabout conventions, examiner expectations, the exact manoeuvres the UK test uses, and the independent-driving section of the test. Driving on the left
